Faculty Development Academies
Virtual academies are funded and designed specifically for community and technical college faculty from cybersecurity and other disciplines. Academies provide participants the opportunity to expand their knowledge, earn an industry certification, and strengthen their ability to incorporate new cybersecurity content into their curriculum.
Academies vary in length, and eligible faculty may qualify for a stipend upon successful completion. Participants will engage in hands-on activities and interactive discussions, ensuring an immersive and practical learning experience.
CMMC 2.0 Workshops
NCyTE’s Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0 workshop is a two-day virtual workshop that covers updates to the CMMC framework that affect contractors working with the Department of Defense (DoD). Cybersecurity faculty and small business personnel are encouraged to attend.

Cybersecurity Across Disciplines (CyAD) Conference
The Cybersecurity Across Disciplines (CyAD) Conference is an annual event designed to serve educators in various fields, providing an opportunity to explore how cybersecurity intersects with their specific educational program areas and the industries they serve. This conference brings together community and technical college faculty from diverse disciplines to address cybersecurity challenges across all business and critical infrastructure sectors including but not limited to manufacturing, healthcare, retail, engineering, and banking and finance. National Community College Cybersecurity Fellowship Program
Open to final year students and recent graduates from a bachelors or master’s degree program in cybersecurity or STEM. Prepare for a career teaching cybersecurity in a community college setting.
