Home MenuWindows Permissions
Permissions management is a tool to help prevent unauthorized access. This interactive lesson explains the two types of permissions management used in Windows: Share permissions and NTFS permissions (also called "security permissions"). The lesson also explains which permissions take precedence when two or more permission settings conflict. Interactive activities challenge students to answer permissions management questions based on fictional scenarios.
