This interactive lesson explains how the Diffie-Hellman key exchange is used to create a secure communication method that can be established without a secure secondary communication network or trusted third-party authentication. The lesson also explains why the Diffie-Hellman key exchange protocol is vulnerable to man in the middle attacks.
